Enjoy the charms of a college town and connect with the members of the Midcontinental Chapter of the Medical Library Association (MCMLA) at the Annual Meeting in Columbia, Missouri.

All conference activities will take place in the Tiger Hotel. Exhibit day will be Tuesday, October 10, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Take the opportunity to highlight your product or service by exhibiting and sponsoring events. Build your brand recognition with potential customers in Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and South Dakota.

  • Exhibitor fee is $400 for a booth. Booth will include one 6 foot skirted table, two chairs and waste basket
  • Conference hotel is the Tiger Hotel; you may ship your exhibit materials to the hotel for arrival three days in advance

  • Exhibitors will receive one (1) free ticket to the Welcome Reception and one (1) one day registration for Tuesday 10/10
  • Additional tickets to the reception, as well as tickets to other events, may be purchased
  • There will be free Wi-Fi in the Exhibit Hall
  • Exhibit setup will be available as follows:
Monday, October 9: 3-7 pm
Tuesday, October 10: 6 – 8 am
  • Exhibit Hall will open at 8 a.m. There will be a coffee break at 10 a.m.
  • The Exhibits and main programming will be held in the Tiger Ballroom
  • Lunch will be in the Exhibit Hall from 12 noon to 1 pm
  • The afternoon break & door prize drawings with the exhibitors will be held in the Exhibit Hall from 3– 3:30 pm
  • Suggested prizes include gift cards, small electronics, your company merchandise, etc.
  • Exhibition tear-down will be from 4 – 6 pm October 10
  • Refunds will be made by check, minus a $40 processing fee, when written cancellations are received on or before 9/5/2017 to Caryn Scoville [scovillec@health.missouri.edu], local arrangements co-chair and exhibits registration. No refunds thereafter.
