AI is increasingly shaping library services and user practices, yet policies, guidelines, and implementation strategies differ widely across institutions. In this 45-minute session, two MCMLA members will share how AI is being approached, governed, and integrated within their institutional contexts. 

Gwen Wilson, MLS, AHIP (Mayo Clinic) and Cameron Nielsen, MA, MSLIS (Utah State University) will discuss what AI adoption looks like at their respective institutions. There will be 30 minutes of dedicated time for participants to ask questions and discuss the benefits and tradeoffs of various approaches to AI policy and guideline development.
