Early Career Librarian Initiative (ECLI) Task Force
Charge: The Early Career Librarianship Initiative (ECLI) will focus on the experiences and needs of early career librarians (ECLs) to help them develop in their roles as medical and health sciences librarians. All MCMLA members are encouraged to participate, whether they are experienced librarians, ECLs, or students.
