Robert Franklin II, also known as Mr. RAWbert, has been leading efforts toward realizing equity in multiple sectors and industries for the better part of the last two decades. Most recently, Mr. RAWbert lead health equity implementation work at Children's Hospital Colorado, and has been a consultative partner for community-facing organizations across the country, in efforts to improve connection, access and success. From education and youth development, to government and healthcare, Mr. RAWbert, a 'Colorado kid,' is especially honored to work in organizations where he can serve in ways he and his family have been supported. Whether consulting organizations and leaders, speaking on stages across the country, through authorship of scholarly articles, and award winning organizational leadership, Mr. RAWbert challenges entire systems to learn how to recognize differences, talk through their important impacts, and leverage them to inspire stronger teams and better outcomes.
