MCMLA Colleagues:
It is time to reflect on our professional achievements for the past year and nominate yourself as a 2014 MCMLA STAR!
August 31st is the deadline, so in the next few weeks review your calendar, update your portfolio or CV, ask your colleagues, anything it takes to compile a listing of ALL the great things you have accomplished this past year. Don’t stop there…please enter them on the MCMLA STARS Nomination Form http://www.mcmla.org/2014stars
Examples are new programs, presentations, publications, posters, classes, recognition at your institution, recognition by organizations, grants, new job, new responsibilities, heroic acts of librarianship, etc. I am always impressed by the accomplishments of our members and it encourages me to try harder in my own corner of the region.
