Laupus Health Sciences Library at East Carolina University seeks librarian applicants with proven leadership experience and an innovative spirit for the Assistant Director of User Services position.

This position provides overall leadership and management for the User Services, including Information and Access Services.  Responsibilities include managing the delivery and enhancement of public services, overall supervision of staff and faculty, short and long term planning, development of policies and procedures, departmental budgeting, and similar and related tasks.  This position reports directly to the Associate Director and serves on the Laupus Library Administrative Council. Minimum starting salary is $68,000.
