Mentor Program

Guidelines for Mentees & Mentors:

• Active member of MCMLA
• Duration of commitment is 1-year
• Length may be negotiated between mentee and mentor
• Mentor should contact the mentee within 30 days of assignment
• Discuss what mentee is interested in and how/if mentor can assist (frequency, method of contact, etc.)

Who does the Mentor/Mentee pairing?

The Membership Committee will match mentors with mentees.
